Thrilling Attractions

With more than 20 thrilling water rides, Roaring Springs is one of the largest and most popular waterparks in the Northwest. From the thrill rides to the kiddie attractions, there is something for every member of the family at this fun waterpark in Meridian. Some of the more exciting rides include Viper’s Vortex, which blasts you down a four-story flume inside a two-person bowl, Racing Ridge where you go head first racing on a mat slide and Mammoth Canyon, where you spin like a bobsled on water.

The park also has a wave pool, float river, two family raft rides, an endless river, a bowl slide, and a four-lane racing slide. The adjacent Wahooz Family Fun Zone has 15 indoor and outdoor attractions, including mini golf, go-karts, bumper boats, an indoor adventure park, bowling, an arcade, and more. Food & Drinks

The park has a good selection of food options to keep the kids and mom and dad happy. They have a variety of burgers, salads, and fries. The largest expansion in the waterpark’s history will be built on an empty 12-acre lot east of its current space and be rolled out over seven years, Quilici says. Other improvements will include a state-of-the-art UV filtration system to ensure water cleanliness; and the Geyser Grill & Bar, which will serve Idaho fare with an Asian flair, such as rice bowls and fried pot stickers, and adult beverages for the first time at Roaring Springs. The waterpark will also introduce RFID Pay ‘n Play wristbands that are loaded with cash and serve as season passes and a way to tap and pay for food and merchandise at both the waterpark and its sister restaurant Wahooz.

Parking

The park also recently switched from old season pass cards to silicone wristbands. This will allow guests to tap their wristbands to pay for food and merchandise instead of having to carry a wallet or phone around the waterpark.
